KLANgkörperkultur
Personal research project
Klangkörperkultur was an R&D project with
the goal of innovating artistic research processes. Focusing on biofeedback technology, the aim of this instrument was to enable the performer to interact with sound via brain activity using EEG (Electroencephalography) scanners.
This project was showcased in an audio-visual performance, researching techniques of how one could use brain activity within a performative setting and how one can use technology in an artistic manner by combining form and content.
Klangkörperkultur premiered on the 24th of June, 2017 @STEIM (Studio for Electro-Instrumental Music) in Amsterdam.
